Respiriprem is a complementary feed designed to support the horse’s natural respiratory function, particularly in horses with sensitive airways or those undergoing intense work. This advanced formulation combines amino acids, botanicals, and antioxidant nutrients to help maintain clear airways, normal blood flow, and overall respiratory comfort.

Key ingredients and their roles:

• L-Arginine: A precursor to nitric oxide, supporting normal circulation and oxygen transport to working muscles and lung tissue.
• Liquorice Root Powder and Mullein Leaf: Traditionally used to support respiratory tract comfort and maintain clear airways.
• L-Cysteine: A sulphur-containing amino acid involved in glutathione synthesis, contributing to antioxidant Support and mucosal health.
• Turmeric and Thyme: Rich in natural antioxidants, these botanicals are included to support the body’s natural inflammatory response and respiratory comfort.
• Citrus Bioflavonoids: Plant-derived compounds that contribute to antioxidant support and capillary integrity.
• Lecithin: A source of phospholipids that may support cellular health and nutrient absorption.
• Vitamins C and E: Essential antioxidants that help “mop up and neutralise free radicals particularly during exercise or environmental exposure.
• B-complex vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6): Support energy metabolism and nervous system function.
• Zinc, Iron, and Copper (as chelates or fumarate): Trace elements involved in immune function, oxygen transport, and tissue repair.

Respiriprem is fast-acting and suitable for use before exercise or as part of a daily routine. It may be particularly beneficial in spring and early summer and when horses are exposed to dust, or intense training.

This product is competition safe and does not contain any known prohibited substances under the BETA-NOPS code.

 Feeding Guidelines
1 scoop (30ml) = 18g
Loading rate (7–10 days):
• Under 500kg: ¾ scoop twice daily
• 500–600kg: 1 scoop twice daily
• Over 600kg: 2 scoops twice daily

Maintenance rate:
• Under 500kg: ¾ scoop once daily
• 500–600kg: 1 scoop once daily
• Over 600kg: 2 scoops once daily

Always administer before exercise. Mix with feed. Do not premix. May be syringed by mixing with a small amount of water to form a paste.
